Contributions from local businesses fund all the activities that take place during the ten day  Hopkins County Annual Dairy Festival.  This includes the 5K Fun Run, Milking Competition,  Dairy-Airs Hot Air Balloon Rally, Jr. Dairy Show, carnival, parade, and the Dairy Festival Scholarship Awards Pageant & Coronation.

 

There are five participation levels.  Each level offers powerful advertising opportunities for your business.

“Dairy Partners” Participation

  •  $ 1,000 Participant

  • Prominent Listing of Name on Signage,
  • T-shirts and all Other Event Materials

  • Includes Name on Balloon Basket Banner
  • HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT for ONE Person  (must be 18 years old & balloons fly – weather permitting)


 “Festival Underwriters”

  • $ 2,500 Participant
  • Prominent listing on the “sponsor page” of our web site  www.hopkinscountydairyfestival.com and social media
  • INCLUDES a link to your web site
  • Co-Producer of the Dairy Festival with Headliner Publicity
  • Includes name on the band stage at balloon festival
  • 10 Pageant Tickets
  • Prominent Listing of Name and/or Logo on Signage,
  • T-shirts and all Other Event Materials
  • Photo in Local Newspapers and Radio Recognition
  • Name on Balloon Basket Banner during the Dairy Airs Hot Air Balloon Rally
  • HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT for TWO PEOPLE  (must be 18 years old & balloons fly – weather permitting)

 

Custom Advertising Ideas:

Use the Hot Air Balloon Flight any way you wish, thereby allowing you to customize this advertising benefit.

Hold a contest and allow your customers to register to win the hot air balloon flight.

Design the contest to best fit your needs and get you the maximum return for your participation investment.

Conduct an Employee Incentive or Safety Award program, or an Employee of the Month contest

that could run from now until the 2016 Dairy Festival begins.
